Initial Deep Cleaning
During this cleaning we will leave no stone unturned and will clean everything from vents to baseboards. We will double dust (wet/dry), double mop (wet/dry), and hand wipe nearly every inch of your home. We will be using Castile soaps and essential oils that will surely make your home “Sparkle, Shine, and Smell DIVINE!”
This service is priced at $55/man hour. We will come to your home and give you an estimate of time we think it will take. We usually give you a window of time (ex: 8–10 man hours). If when we get started cleaning we notice it’s going to take more time, we will let you know prior to going over. We will need your approval before proceeding or you don’t pay for any overages. Ever!
Excluded/add-on services: inside large appliances, wall washing, window washing, inside drawers or cabinets


Move-Out Cleaning
Deep cleaning of entire home, vents to baseboards, including large appliances, wall washing, and inside all cabinets/drawers/closets. During this cleaning we strive to make your home look (and feel) as brand new as possible to get it ready for sale/rent!

Maintenance Cleaning
During these cleanings we will MAINTAIN your deep clean status, from vents to baseboards (monthly, biweekly, weekly services only). No more paying for quarterly or annual deep cleanings! We will maintain your cabinets, doors, ceiling fans, light fixtures, as well as the rest of the home and main living areas. We get it done right the first time, so it will be easy for us every time thereafter


Vacation Rental & Air BNB Cleaning
Step into a high end, luxury service that your guests will LOVE! From the fancy tissue folds to the amazing scent we leave behind, you are sure to get a 5-star review! We will get you rental in tip top shape with an initial deep cleaning then maintain your space from that point forward from vents to baseboards! We will even clean out your cabinets, drawers and refrigerator with every clean making sure everything looks as new as possible. “5-star hotel” is what we’re looking for.
Ovens will be cleaned periodically and will be an additional charge .
Party Cleanup
Had a party the night before and too “tired” to clean up? We gotchew! Let Arizona Rain Green Clean come in the next day and remove all trash, wipe down surfaces, clean the kitchen and guest bathroom(s) as well as the floors in all areas the guests have been. We will even wipe down patio furniture if applicable.


Add-On Services
If at any time you would like to add on additional services (i.e oven , windows, etc.) just give us 24hrs notice and we will work those into the schedule for you. If for some reason our schedule can’t allow it, we will create a special day/time just for you! All add-on services are $1/minute or $60/hr.
Terms and Conditions
All jobs include a 24 hour guarantee. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, we will come back and make it right within 24 hours.

All payments are due within 24hrs of service.
Failure to pay within 24hrs will result in an additional $10/day charge until the item is paid in full.
All returned transactions will result in a $40 insufficient funds fee.
All estimates are good for 30 days from the date on the estimate.

YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHEN YOU BOOK A CLEANING SERVICE WITH US!
PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BELOW AS WELL AS YOUR WELCOME PACKET PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL
We will not clean any areas of the home very well/at all if there is excessive clutter. It is your job to remove all clutter and to pick up items off the floor so we can clean (i.e. dog beds, crates, excessive rugs etc.). We will also not remove any rugs that have the sticky padding underneath due to the time and difficulty it takes to replace them.
- above anything they cannot reach with the assistance of a three-step ladder
- a home that contains hazardous materials
- areas that are contaminated with black mold. If you have black mold, you should seek the services of a professional mold remediation company prior to our arrival.
Breakage and Loss Policy
If there is a breakage or loss during your cleaning, ALL of our Artists are instructed to send the office a photo of the item and a replacement item will be purchased immediately. In the event the item is no longer available, we will find something comparable OR come to some sort of an agreement with the client. Otherwise, the value of the item will go through our insurance.
Water, Electricity, Air Conditioning and Heat
All appointments must allow the cleaners to have access to the property during the appointment time. Customers must also ensure there is electricity and hot water in the home. In addition, the air conditioning in the home must be functioning between the months of April and November and must be no higher than 74 degrees. During the winter months, the heat can be whatever you wish as we heat up quickly while working. We reserve the right to change the thermostat setting, but will return to original setting before we exit. If any of the these conditions are not met by the customer, the cleaners may choose to not complete the service and Arizona Rain MAY COLLECT AND CHARGE THE FULL PRICE OF THE APPOINTMENT. If the customer reschedules their appointment and remedies the condition, 50% of the collected amount may go towards the cost of the newly scheduled appointment.
Lifting Heavy Items
Our Cleaning Artists do not use ladders above 3 steps or move anything heavier than 30 lbs. If you would like your Artists to clean behind large items such as an oven, refrigerator, or large furniture, please move those items prior to your appointment to allow access to the area. We will however, swiffer and mop under all tiled furniture and get behind as many items as we can with our extendable swiffer.
Pet Waste Cleanup
Pet waste is not a service that we provide. If there is pet waste on any surfaces, the cleaners will do their best to clean around the waste. If there is excessive waste, the appointment will be cancelled and a late cancellation fee of $100 will be charged. If we accidentally suck up pet urine in our vacuums, you will be charged a $200 cleaning/replacement fee. It is your responsibility to make certain no animal droppings exist prior to our arrival.
