All bookings begin with an hourly initial deep cleaning at $55 per man-hour. This cleaning will get your home to “standard” from vents to baseboards EXCLUDING windows, wall washing, inside fridge and oven. Please note these can be added on, they are just not a part of the typical estimation. During the walk through we will give you a window of time (ex: 6–8 man-hours) that we believe the initial deep cleaning will take us.

 

All maintenance cleanings thereafter will MAINTAIN your deep clean status from vents to baseboards and will be flat rate pricing based on your personal needs. Our average cost is $165 per cleaning.
